At Justex Brands LLC we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
SECTION 1 — ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships
- During high volume periods processing may take up to 5 business days
SECTION 2 — SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs, and other factors outside our control.
Domestic United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 14–30 business days
- Delivery times vary by country and customs processing
SECTION 3 — SHIPPING RATES
- Free Standard Shipping on all domestic US orders
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
SECTION 4 — ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status at any time.
To track your order:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number
- Visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number
- Contact us at info@justexbrands.com if you need help tracking your order
Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the system.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING CARRIERS
Justex Brands LLC ships using the following carriers depending on your location and order:
- AliExpress Standard Shipping
- ePacket
- USPS
- Other international carriers as appropriate
SECTION 6 — CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders:
- Customs fees, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates
- Justex Brands LLC has no control over customs processes or fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
SECTION 7 — INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Justex Brands LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address contact us immediately at info@justexbrands.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
SECTION 8 — LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Justex Brands LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Check with your local post office
- Contact us at info@justexbrands.com and we will do our best to assist you
For packages lost in transit before delivery we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.
SECTION 9 — DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@justexbrands.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will resolve the issue immediately with a full refund or free replacement. You do NOT need to return the damaged item.
