SECTION 1 — RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unaltered and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging where applicable
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Opened hygiene-related products

No Return Required — We will issue a full refund or free replacement without requiring a return for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or broken
  • Items that arrived defective or not functioning
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item lost in transit and never delivered

SECTION 2 — HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us at info@justexbrands.com or call 754-333-1329 within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, name and reason for return
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions
  5. Ship the item back using instructions provided if return is required
  6. Refund or replacement will be processed upon confirmation

Return Shipping:

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged, defective or wrong items: No return shipping required — send photos and we resolve immediately

SECTION 3 — REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected or your claim is verified we will notify you of approval within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Times:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Shop Pay: 5–10 business days
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days

Partial Refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned not in original condition
  • Items returned after the 30-day window at our discretion

Non-Refundable:

  • Original shipping charges unless item was damaged, defective or wrong
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

SECTION 4 — EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange contact us at info@justexbrands.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will confirm availability and process the exchange promptly.

For defective or damaged items we will send a free replacement immediately — no return required. Simply email us photos and we will ship your replacement right away.


SECTION 5 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & LOST ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement at no cost. You do NOT need to return the damaged item.

Lost or Missing Orders:

  • Standard delivery: 7–15 business days from order date
  • Check with your local post office if delayed
  • Contact us if your order is more than 20 days late
  • We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement

Wrong Item Received:

  • Contact us immediately at info@justexbrands.com
  • Send your order number and a photo of the item received
  • We will ship the correct item at no cost — no return required

SECTION 6 — CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours your order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case our standard return policy applies.
